Product Support

Lowest Cost of Operation - Case understands that today's customer is under tremendous pressure to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. In support of our customer, Case continues to strive for new ways to meet and exceed your service support expectations. We begin with high quality machines designed to handle the toughest challenges that today's jobs deliver. Durability is the key to high levels of productivity year after year.

Fix Before Fail - Monitoring a machine performance is critical to minimizing your down time cost. Systemgard, our oil analysis program, delivers an early warning of future repair needs thus minimizing your lifetime cost of ownership. Trend analysis indicators let you know when a component should be replaced before failure. This eliminates failure of associated components that would otherwise run to failure. Fixing a component before failure is a maintenance strategy that can and will save you money over the life of the machine.

Flexible Repair Options - Birkey's recognizes that customers need repair options. Depending upon your situation, down time may carry greater importance than repair cost. Birkey's can deliver new or remanufactured components at competitive prices to get you up and running in the shortest time possible.

If time is available, our factory trained technicians can provide superior on-site repairs with the highest quality parts and competitive labor. Our service departments are backed by Case engineers, special tools, and reference resources to provide the best possible solution to repair needs. In fact, our reference systems gather and provide repair solutions that historically have delivered the highest level of customer satisfaction.

All of our repairs carry a minimum of six months of warranty on new and repair parts. Many of our major remanufactured drivetrain components carry 12 months of warranty and labor when installed by Birkey's.

1. Repair Parts Direct or Installed --Case repair parts are Case OEM identified and as such meet critical engineering specifications. These are the same parts used to build your equipment when it was new. If improvements have been made in the part, the repair part will always be the most recent version available. Case repair parts are stocked in multiple depots throughout North American to insure the shortest lead-time possible. Tools such as Standby 7 provide seven day a week access to our parts inventories. When you need one of our parts installed, Birkey's factory trained service departments can get the job done right the first time.

2. Reman Solutions
-- Case components are designed with more than one life in mind. When a major component fails, the old component often has value and can further reduce your replacement cost. Case often repurchases your old component and through a highly controlled Remanufacturing process, returns the component to OEM specifications for resale. Each component is fully disassembled, cleaned and inspected. All non-reusable materials such as gaskets, seals and friction materials are discarded. Parts, which fail to meet stringent OEM specifications are discarded and replaced with new. Once fully assembled, every component undergoes functional testing to insure the part performs the same as new. Ask your dealer about remanufactured solutions for your next repair. Case provides a full range of remanufactured components including engines and engine parts, air conditioning pumps, hydraulic pumps and motors, electrical starters and alternators, transmissions, axles, electronics and many other components. Ask us about a remanufactured component for your application.
